If you do not reject the product on the spot, it will be deemed accepted, and you forfeit the right to return or exchange it.
If you receive the wrong product, please inform us immediately. We will gladly exchange it for you, provided it is unused and the manufacturing seal is intact.
If an exchange is not possible and you have made an advance payment, a refund will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive your claim.

Exchange Policy
To exchange a product, it must be in its original, unused condition with the manufacturing seal intact. The exchangeable product must also be available in our stock. Order cancellations are only permitted before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
